Over the three years that Judai and his friends have attended the Duel Academy, many odd occurrences have happened on this small island floating in the Pacific Ocean. Many people with strange spiritual powers have also been gathering in this one spot on the Earth and groups able to 'brainwash' members forming there. It is because of all of these unique events occurring within such a short time frame of three years that an ancient power has been reawaken to set things to rest once and for all, but to do so, will Duel Academy be erased from existence?
